As a Apprentice, you will embark on a hands-on training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in the metalworking industry. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to learn various aspects of metal fabrication, including welding, cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components. Responsibilities:

1. Learn and apply metalworking techniques, including welding, cutting, bending, and shaping.

2. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand project requirements.

3. Operate hand and power tools, such as grinders, shears, and welding equipment, safely and effectively.

4. Assist in the fabrication and assembly of metal components, ensuring accuracy and structural integrity.

5. Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to verify that work meets industry standards.

6. Collaborate with experienced metalworkers, technicians, and engineers to complete projects.

7. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

8. Attend classroom-based training sessions to supplement practical learning with theoretical knowledge.

9. Continuously improve skills and seek guidance from mentors to advance in the field.
